Grogan Graffam, P.C. announced that shareholder Ronald J. Brown was recently appointed to serve as a board member of the Pennsylvania Economic Development Financing Authority (PEDFA). The Authority was established in 1987 by the Economic Development Financing Law to provide access to low-interest financing to businesses in Pennsylvania through the issuance of tax-exempt and taxable bonds.
